Spencer Herman Snags NACC Weekly Honor

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its weekly Student-Athlete of the Week honors on Tuesday morning. Spencer Herman was voted as the NACC Men's Volleyball Student-Athlete of the Week for Offense by the conference's athletic communications professionals.

A senior from Kimberly, Wisconsin, Spencer Herman is claiming the honor for the first time this season and for the eighth time in his career.

Herman had an outstanding weekend out east, where he took down a program record.

He started the weekend with 15 kills at Marymount in Virginia. The Wisconsin native also had five digs, two service aces, an assist and a block.

He followed that up with 26 kills, which is a program record for a five-set match for the Falcons at Widener. He also picked up eight digs, four blocks and three service aces.

Eli Weinrich of Lakeland was voted as the NACC Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week.

Herman and the Falcons will head to North Central on Thursday night.
