Falcons Sweep MSOE in the NACC Semifinals

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's tennis team is halfway to a NACC title after a 5-0 victory in the NACC Tournament Semifinals. The victory sends CUW to 8-6 on the season and ensures a winning record for the Blue and White.

The Falcons earned the first point of the day with an 8-1 victory at No. 2 doubles with the team of junior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) and senior Cole Werning (Watertown, Wis.).

Junior Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) and senior Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) rocked the Raiders at No. 1 doubles with an 8-2 victory.

Senior Thomas Melius (Slinger, Wis.) and sophomore Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) secured the doubles sweep with an 8-5 victory.

Tim Peters pounded Parker Kuhlman at No. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-0.

Nolan Rademacher secured the victory with a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Alex Nakasato at No. 3 singles.

The Falcons will compete for the NACC title against either Illinois Tech or Wisconsin Lutheran.
