Men’s Tennis wallops Wisconsin Lutheran

MEQUON, Wis. – It was all Concordia on Monday afternoon on the tennis courts, as CUW finished its match with Wisconsin Lutheran. The match began on April 7, but was halted due to storms in the area. The Falcons finished the job on Monday with a 9-0 victory to improve to 4-6 and to 2-1 in the NACC.

Senior Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) and junior Logan Snyder (Franklin, Ind.) secured the first point of the match with an 8-2 victory at No. 1 doubles.

Junior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) and senior Cole Werning (Watertown, Wis.) sank the Warriors at No. 2 doubles, 8-1.

Senior Thomas Melius (Slinger, Wis.) and sophomore Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) secured the doubles sweep at No. 3 doubles with an 8-1 victory.

Tim Peters was the first Falcon off the courts with a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Quinn Wedel at No. 2 singles.

Cole Werning then rolled past Jon Kanneberg at No. 4 singles, 6-0, 6-4.

Logan Snyder dropped a pair of goose eggs on Ryan Crick with a 6-0, 6-0 victory on court one.

Nolan Rademacher blasted Bryce Halvorsen at No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-1.

Joshua Klement crushed Josh Hennen at No. 5 singles with a 6-0, 6-1 victory.

Thomas Melius kept the Warriors off the scoreboard with a 6-2, 6-0 victory against Stu Woller at No. 6 singles.

The Falcons compete again on Saturday at home against MSOE.
