NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The Falcons fell short in the season opener on Saturday afternoon at North Central, 9-0.

The Falcons put up a fight at No. 2 doubles to start the day with junior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) and sophomore Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.), falling 8-6.

Senior Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) battled at No. 1 singles, coming up short to Guillermo Gonzalez, 3-6, 6-1, 10-5.

The Falcons will return to the court on Feb. 26 against St. Scholastica.
