Damaschke earns NACC Offensive Player of the Week honors
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin senior Austin Damaschke was named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.
Damaschke (Bristol, Wis.) set a NACC and CUW record with 606 offensive yards in helping lead his team to a 62-24 win Saturday at Aurora University. The senior gunslinger threw for 417 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He added a career-best 189 rushing yards and four scores on the ground.
The honor is the first of the season for Damaschke and the sixth of his career.
