2023: Indoor Season: Competed in two meets… Ran the 800-meter run at the Ripon Winter Open and Mutli with a time of 2:46.78… Was on the 4x400 relay team.

Outdoor Season: Competed in three meets… At the NACC Outdoor Championships, Sarah ran the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:48.97 and it was a personal record… Her best 800 in the outdoor season was also at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:43.59.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets…Ran a career-best of 1:56.7 in the 600-meter dash during the Karl Schlender Invitational…Had a career-best of 6:34.48 in the mile run during the Red Hawk Invite…Placed fifth place in the 4x400-meter relay at the Karl Schlender Invitational with 4:35.85 and the Firebird Opener with 4:38.83.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran a personal best in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:39.56 at NACC Outdoor Conference (May 6-7)... Had a career-best in the 1500-meter run with 5:51.35 at the 2022 Warrior Invitational.

High School (Plymouth): Received high honor roll, member of National Honors Society… Cross country conference champions her Junior and Senior years…Track and Field state participant her Junior year… My personal best was in the 800m, 2:38… Lettered in Track and Field (4), Cross Country (1).
