2015 Season (Junior): Competed at all seven meets...Closed season with a PR time of 27:14.2 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (Nov. 14)...Finished 39th at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31) with a time of 29:09.8...Posted nearly identical times of 27:56.2 and 27:56.4 at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10) and the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Opened season with a 10:38 in a two-mile dual meet against MSOE (Sept. 3)...Ran a 28:47.0 at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed at all seven meets...Closed season as one of team's top five runners after posting a personal-best time of 27:22.30 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Each of final two races were under 28 minutes, the Midwest Regional and a 27:37.8 at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1)...Time in 8K improved by over two minutes from first race of season to last...Opened year in a two-mile race, the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Invitational (Aug. 30), with a time of 11:25.6...Als competed at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13, 29:35.7), the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 31:20.6), the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10, 28:13) and the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18, 28:55.3).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in five events...Began season with top time of 29:14 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Ran a 29:27.8 at the Pioneer Invite (October 12)...Finished the Wisconsin Private College Championships (October 19) in 29:32.7...Also ran at the Roy Griak Invitational (September 28) and NACC Championships (November 2).
