2015 Season (Junior): Competed at all seven meets...Ended the season by running a personal-best 8K time of 26:50.6 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (Nov. 14)...Led the team at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31) by finishing 18th with a time of 28:00.5...Ran a 26:51.3 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Clocked in with a time of 27:11.8, good for an 18th-place finish, at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10)...Opened season with a second-place finish in a two-mile dual against MSOE (Sept. 3), running a 10:15...Also competed at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12) and the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26), running under 29 minutes at both events.

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed at all seven meets...Showed consistency in running five of six 8Ks in under 28 minutes...Posted a personal-best time of 27:02.7 at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10)...Placed 23rd at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1) with a race of 27:20.3...Closed season by posting a 27:21.3 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Opened year with a 10:39.5 two-mile race at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual (Aug. 30)...Also posted 8K races of under 28 minutes at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13) and UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 29:09.4).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in all six events...Ran a season-best time of 28:42.5 in final meet of season at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 16)...Finished the NACC Championships (November 2) in a time of 29:28.5...Ran under 30 minutes in each of final four meets...Ran a 29:56.7 at the Pioneer Invite (October 12).

High School (Denmark High School): First Team All-Conference selection...Earned two letters...Also lettered in track & field...First Team All-Conference...Won regional championship in three different events; 4x800-meter relay, 1600-meter run and 3200-meter run...Team MVP in track & field.
