Coach Rogers returns to the Falcons in his fifth season in 2021-22 as a part-time horizontal jumps coach. 

Rogers graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Business. He was a four-year varsity athlete for the Falcons in both Football and Track & Field. In Track, Rogers earned multiple Northern Athletic Conference Championship Awards including Indoor and Outdoor Freshman of the Meet in 2009 and Track Athlete of the Meet in 2010. Rogers set two school records in the triple jump.
