2024: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets … Threw a personal best of 12.42 meters in the weight throw at the 2024 NACC Indoor Championships … Had a personal best mark of 10.74 meters in the shot put at the Parkside Classic.

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… At the Red Hawk Invite, John had a personal best in the weight throw which was 9.68... His best throw indoors in the shot was 9.77 meters at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets… Had two career bests at the Beloit Relays which were shot put (10.32 meters) and javelin (29.02 meters)… Another career best at the St. Norbert Invitational in discus which was 24.63 meters… Career best in the NACC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw which was 36.91 meters.
