2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets…At the Dubuque Spartan Invitational, Josh got a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.23…His best 800 this indoor season was a 2:11.41 at the UW-Oshkosh ‘Titan Challenge’… Ran the 4 by 200, 4 by 400, and DMR.

Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets… He did the 400-meter hurdles in the outdoor season and he ran his best time at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:05.82… Also at that meet he ran in the 4 by 400 relay.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran a season-best of 4:57.51 in the mile at the Carthage Firebird Finale

Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets…Ran a career best in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:07.80 at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021: Indoor: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 9:51.43 in the 3000-meter dash placing third at the Ripon-CUW Dual (Feb. 20) … Ran a season-best 2:10.58 in the 800-meter dash placing eight and 4:49.39 in the mile placing seventh at the ONU Tiger Invite (Feb. 6).

Outdoor: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 4:29.58 in the 1500-meter dash at the 2020 NACC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8).
