MEQUON, Wis.- The Falcons were able to compete at home for the first time in over a year against the Lindenwood Lions.
Lions were able to score first just two minutes into the first quarter.
Lindenwood scored once again in the first quarter to increase their lead 2-0 going into the second quarter.
The Blue and White found the back of the net in the second quarter with a goal from freshman Caroline Slick (Spotsylvania, Va.) assisted by sophomore AnnaLyssia Abela (Dearborn, Mich.).
The Lions would score one goal in the second quarter, and three goals in the fourth quarter to win 6-1 over the Falcons.
Carolina Slick had two shots for the Falcons today.
Junior Katelyn Fitzgerald (Wood River, Ill.) saw eight shots on goal with five saves.
Sophomore Emily Binley (Suffolk, Va.) saw seven shots on goal with four saves for the day.
The Blue and White will concluded the 2020-21 season on Sunday.
