GREENCASTLE, Ind. – Sam Dunn scored in the 54th minute, helping lift the Concordia University Wisconsin Field Hockey team to a 2-1 neutral site victory Sunday. The Falcons scored the final two goals for a 2-1 win over Ohio Wesleyan, the third win of the year for the team in their inaugural season.

THE BASICS
- Final Score: Concordia Wisconsin 2, Ohio Wesleyan 1
- Location: Reavis Stadium – Greencastle, Indiana
- Records: Concordia Wisconsin 3-7; Ohio Wesleyan 4-7

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tied 1-1 going into the second half, it was the third goal of the season for Dunn (Sussex, Wis.) which gave the Falcons the lead and ultimately the win. Dunn's goal was assisted by freshman Brianna Buehler (Hartland, Wis.).

- Trailing 1-0 in the opening half, freshman Sophia Kottmer (Virginia Beach, Va.) netted her fourth goal of the season to tie the game. Dunn played a role on that goal as well, being credited with an assist.

- The Falcons fell behind 1-0 on a score from Ashley Barno 14 minutes into play.

- CUW was outshot Sunday, 9-6, but took advantage of its six shots for the one-goal win. The Falcons converted their only two shots on goal into scores and got a strong performance from goalie Alyssa Palmer (La Verne, Calif.). Palmer stopped four shots in her second win of the season.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
