Luke Droegemueller Named NACC Special Teams Student-Athlete of the Week

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week honors on Tuesday afternoon. The league's athletic communications professionals voted Luke Droegemueller as the NACC Special Teams Student-Athlete of the Week.

A sophomore from Cumming, Georgia, Luke Droegemueller is claiming the honor for the first time this year and the first time in his career.

At St. Norbert, he punted for over 400 yards, averaged 45.1 yards per punt, and downed a punt inside the 20-yard line.

He currently ranks 12th in NCAA Division III in punting at 42.7 yards per punt.

Robby Michael of Lakeland was named the NACC Offensive Player of the Week and Daylan Lujan of St. Norbert was voted as the NACC Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week.

Droegemueller and the Falcons return to action on Saturday against Aurora.
