Coach Stark currently specializes in sprints, high jump and multi-events.

Stark helped the Falcons claim the NACC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 2021.

Since joining the Falcons as a coach, CUW has continued its run as one of the top teams in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. Stark has guided several athletes to the NCAA Division III National qualifiers including Alex Pawlak in the 2012 Outdoor Championships for the 110-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles, Ariel Kinlow in the 2016 Indoor Championships in the 60-meter dash, and Sam Spranger in the 2018 Outdoor Championships for the 400-meter dash. In addition, school records continue to fall under her direction. In just the past two seasons, the Falcons have set the men’s indoor 400-meter dash record and women’s 4X100-meter relay record under Stark's guidance.

Stark has also worked with the sprinters and multi-events, as well as helping out in all areas. The sprinters have played a key role for the Falcons over the past few years, helping accumulate several points at NACC Championship meets. The Falcons Men's and Women's teams have found themselves in the top half of the NACC Championships year in and year out.
