Guendel earns NACC Player of the Week honors

WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Brad Guendel earned Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honors after helping the Falcons clinch the regular season title, the league office announced.

Guendel (Greendale, Wis.) helped lead the Falcons to a NACC regular season championship, going 3-0 at both singles and doubles in a three-win week for CUW. He played two matches at No. 1 singles and one at the No. 2 position. Guendel won five-of-six sets with 6-0 scores in singles play. The senior partnered with Nolan Rademacher for three No. 1 doubles wins as well.

The conference weekly honor is second of the season and third of his career.
