Men's Tennis comes away with victory against Ripon
Jackson, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin Men's Tennis started playing for the first time this season and came away with a convincing 9-0 victory over Ripon at the Pleasant Valley Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons started off the day by sweeping doubles play in three matches. Highlighted with an 8-0 win by freshman Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) and sophomore Gabe Binversie (Plymouth, Wis.) in the No. 1 doubles position.
- The doubles action also saw strong wins from CUW in the No. 2 position by sophomore Nathan Raskin (Shorewood, Wis.) and junior Peter Kloda (Morton Grove, Ill.) who rolled to an 8-1 result. The No. 3 doubles position featuring freshman Cole Werning (Watertown, Wis.) and sophomore Thomas Melius (Slinger, Wis.) came away with an 8-3 win.
- Concordia Wisconsin swept singles play which included multiple 6-0, 6-0 wins. Rademacher, senior Ceejay Schaffner (Winona, Minn.), Radskin and Kloda all didn't allow a point and won in a convincing fashion. CUW only allowed a total of six single set points the whole match.
- Senior Brad Guendel (Greendale, Wis.) fended off Junmo Kwon 6-1, 6-3 in the No. 1 singles position and Binversie cruised to a 6-0,6-2 singles victory to bring the Falcons their first match win of the year.

- Concordia Wisconsin will head to Carroll on Saturday inside the Moorland Park Tennis Center with a start scheduled for 8:00 am.
