Men's Lacrosse drops road MLC game

MILWAUKEE -- MSOE charged out to a 5-1 first-quarter lead and never looked back during a 14-4 MLC decision over Concordia Wisconsin on Wednesday night at Viets Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders scored three goals to start the game before junior Keijo Day (Esko, Minn.) found the back of the net for the Falcons. The hosts then scored six unanswered goals to own a 9-1 lead at the intermission.
- Concordia Wisconsin began the second half with back-to-back goals by junior Connor Peterson (Calgary, Alberta) and Day. Junior_ Donovan Harper (Yorba Linda, Calif.) and junior Ryan LeFebvre (Chicago, Ill.) each assisted on the markers.
- Day completed the game with his third goal for a hat trick with 2:17 to play, while Harper assisted.
- Freshman Adam Nichols played 36 minutes and 25 seconds in goal and made 20 saves, which is the fifth most in a game in program history.
- MSOE was paced by Zach Rau who had five goals, while Harrison Davies had four goals and Collin Fischer recorded a hat trick.
