Loding captures MLC Player of the Week accolades

MILWAUKEE -- Concordia Wisconsin's Alex Loding was named Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week honors, the league office announced.

Loding (Mundelein, Ill.) made a game-high 19 saves during an 11-6 road nonconference win at Dubuque, where he also had four ground balls and two caused turnovers. The junior goalkeeper had four saves in the first and second quarters, five in the third and six in the final period of play.

The conference weekly honor is the first of the season and his career.
