Bio

Sam Ische has helped out with the Concordia University Wisconsin soccer program since graduating following an impressive career for the men's program.

In 2015 Ische helped once again guide the duo of Tabitha Ortiz and Ariana Worthing to impressive seasons. Ortiz was a First Team All-NACC selection after leading the conference in fewest goals allowed, goals-against average and save percentage. Worthing was also very good as the two keepers combined for a 0.76 goals-against average and 14 victories.

Ische, who was a standout goalkeeper for the Falcons, works primarily with that position. Both Ortiz and Worthing earned NACC All-Freshman honors in their rookie seasons after working with Ische. Recently, Ische received his Tier Two Goalkeeping License from the United Soccer Coaches.

In 2015 the two goalkeepers allowed just two scores in 10 conference matches throughout the season. Over the past three seasons, CUW has given up just 20 total goals in 31 conference matches.
