Women’s lacrosse shut out by Carthage 17-0

It took Carthage over five minutes to get their first goal, but after that the scoring came in bunches as the Lady Red (3-5 overall) vanquished Concordia (0-7) 17-0 on Wednesday.

Carthage led 10-0 by halftime and outshot CUW 33-15 for the game. Andrea Renton had seven saves for the winners.

The Falcons travel to St. Louis this weekend and will battle Fontbonne on Sunday.
