MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin field hockey team closed the homestand on Sunday afternoon against the Tigers of DePauw. The Falcons moved to 1-4 after the 0-4 loss on the afternoon.
DePauw held a 31-4 advantage in shots. Senior Abby McGue led the attack with two shots. Sophomore Katie Quirke (Antioch, Ill.) and sophomore Katelyn Cardinale (Mt. Laurel, N.J.) both finished with a shot.
Senior Halli Schneiderwendt (Appleton, Wis.) had 11 saves in the start. Freshman Parks Cawthray (Oakville, Ont.) had six saves in the fourth quarter.
The Falcons resume Southern Athletic Association play on Saturday at Rhodes.
