LISLE, Ill. – The 89th minute was unkind to the Falcons on Wednesday night. Benedictine struck twice in the 89th minute to pick up a 2-0 victory to open NACC play. The loss sends CUW to 1-3-1 on the year and 0-1-0 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
Both teams posted some quality opportunities in the first half, but both goalies kept the match scoreless.
