Falcons Place 12th at Prairie State Cup
DEWITT, Ill. – The Concordia Wisconsin triathlon team competed at the 2024 Prairie State Cup on Saturday. The Falcons finished 12th as a team with 12 points.
Sophomore Anya Mattke (Fox Point, Wis.) finished in 57th place at 1:33.23.
Mattke recorded a swim time of 17:07 to start the day and a 42-second transition into the biking portion of the race.
She then posted a time of 41:27 in the biking section and a 54-second transition to the run.
The Wisconsin native closed the day with a time of 33:15 in the run.
The Falcons are back in action in October at the USA Triathlon West Regional Qualifier.
