Dance wins Milwaukee Championship

MILWAUKEE -- Concordia Wisconsin's Dance team won the Milwaukee Championship on Saturday at the Wisconsin Center, through the Universal Dance Association.

The Falcons competed in the Open Pom category and took first place with a score of 71.88. It was their first competition with UDA.

"The team worked really hard on their routine leading into the competition and it was really difficult," head coach Lyndsey Sheridan said. "They took all the work they put into and came away with a first-place trophy, so all the hard work was definitely worth it."
