2016 Season (Junior): Competed in all six meets...Was one of team's top runners and ran at NCAA DIII Midwest Regionals (Nov. 12)...Ran a PR at the regional meet, posting a 24:00.3...Ran under 25 minutes on three separate occasions.

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed at six meets...Ran a personal-best 25:11.2 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Finished 25th at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31) after posting a 6K time of 25:34.1...Ran to a 21st-place finish at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10) after running a 25:40.9...Opened season with a two-mile time of 13:25 in a dual meet against MSOE (Sept. 3)...Also competed at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12) and the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26).

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed at six meets...Posted a personal-best 6K time of 25:40.8 at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10)...Clocked in at 25:55.58 while competing at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18)...Closed season with a 26:15 at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1)...Also competed at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13, 26:20.6) and Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27)...Opened year with a 13:47.5 two-mile at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual (Aug. 30).
