2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… Had two personal bests during the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships… Her first personal best during that meet was the mile with a time of 5:30.91… Her second personal best during that meet was the 3000-meter with a time of 10:55.57… Anessa had another personal best during the UW-Oshkosh ‘Titan Challenge’ in the 800-meter with a time of 2:32.60

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets… Anessa took first place in the 3000 steeplechase at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 11:36.29 which was a personal best… She had another personal best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 39.21.65 which placed her second at NACC… Got a personal best in the 5000-meter with a time of 18:32.89… At the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternatives, Anessa had two more personal bests which were the 200-meter with a time of 29.80 and the 1500 with a time of 4:56.31

2022: Indoor Season: Did not compete.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets…Ran her season bests in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:36.66 at the Warrior Invitational and a time of 5:26.57 at the Rex Foster Twilight.
