Women’s Golf continues recent string of success

WAUWATOSA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin's Women's Golf team won its third event in a row on Thursday after defeating Mount Mary in a dual at Currie Park Golf Course.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Freshman Amy Carpenter (Elk Grove Village, Ill.) and junior Kayla Haen (Appleton, Wis.) each tie for first with a 91 score. Carpenter had seven pars, including four in her last seven holes of play. Haen drained four par putts and sank a birdie.
- The Falcons posted a team score of 387, which was the third-best score of the season.
- Sophomore Taylor Chisolm (Lindenhurst, Ill.) signed for a 100 and had four pars. Freshman Abbie Haller (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) recorded a 105 with two pars.
- Sophomore Anne McGowan (Mayville, Wis.) rounded out the lineup with a 108 and made two pars on the back nine.

- Concordia Wisconsin will travel to Fond du Lac, Wis., for a weekend 36-hole Marian Invitational at Whispering Springs Golf Course.
