Esposito Claims All-American Honorable Mention Honors

SPARKS, Md. – The USA Lacrosse Magazine revealed its NCAA Division III men's All-Americans on Friday and Max Esposito claimed honorable mention honors.

All-Americans were chosen by USA Lacrosse Magazine staff and contributors with input from coaches and conferences across the country.

The attackman from Gaithersburg, Maryland is claiming the honor for the first time.

Esposito is second in the nation in points per game at 7.16. He is also third in assists per game at 3.58 and 17th in goals per game at 3.58.

The Maryland native is also 25th in map-up goals with nine and 34th in shot percentage at 0.456.

He finished his junior year with 69 goals and 68 assists for 137 points. He also recorded 41 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers.

Esposito was voted as the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Offensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-Conference selection.
