Football Will Fight for the NACC Crown

MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin football team will play for its postseason life on Saturday.

Standing in the Falcons' path is No. 10/13 Aurora.

If the Falcons win, they would be co-champions with Aurora at 7-1. The Falcons can secure the automatic bid for the NCAA Division III Tournament with the head-to-head victory over Aurora.

If Concordia Wisconsin loses, they will finish in a tie for second place at 6-2 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. The Falcons will keep their eyes on the Benedictine vs. St. Norbert game, if Benedictine wins, CUW will represent the NACC in the Lakefront Bowl, if St. Norbert wins, the Green Knights will be competing.

This is the fourth time in the last six years that the Falcons have been one of the top two teams in the NACC.

The Falcons are the last NACC team to defeat the Spartans at home with a 23-20 victory on Oct. 13, 2018.

Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 at Aurora.
