Meijer Moment of the Week - September 19
MEQUON, Wis. – This week, we begin our Meijer Moment of the Week for the 2022-23 season presented by Meijer "Higher Standards, Lower Prices."
On Sunday, senior Ricki Budewitz (Watertown, Wis.) clinched a victory for the Blue and White in a nail-biter matchup with the Edgewood College Eagles. With her back against the wall in the match-deciding No. 1 singles matchup, Budewitz claimed the 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 victory to secure the match. This was the first regular-season victory for the Falcons over the Eagles since 2017.
