Women's Wrestling to start competing in 2020-21

MEQUON, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin has decided to put the start of its women's wrestling program on hold until the 2020-21 season.

"I have decided to press pause on the addition of Women's Wrestling for 2020-2021," Director of Athletics Dr. Rob Barnhilll said. "We will continue our national search for a highly qualified candidate in the fall and will add the sport for the 2021-2022 season. We will take our time with the search, find a great fit, and then have a full year to recruit qualified young women to represent CUW on the mat."
