2016 Season (Senior): Competed in five meets...Ran a PR time of 24:57.1 at the Benedictine Eagle Invite (Oct. 7)...Qualified to be on team at NCAA DIII Midwest Regionals (Nov. 12)...Ran 26 minutes or better in four of five races.

2015 Season (Senior): Competed in five meets...Ran a PR time in final collegiate meet, completing the 6K course in 26:30.9 at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31)...Posted a time of 26:48.4 at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10)...Recorded a 27:02.3 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Opened season with a 14:04 in a two-mile dual meet against MSOE (Sept. 3)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26).

2014 Season (Sophomore): Competed in three meets...Closed collegiate career with a personal-best 27:05.8 6K at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1)...Other 6K of season came at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13), running a 27:20.9...Also posted a 14:10.9 two-mile a the season-opening Maranatha Baptist-CUW dual (Aug. 30).

2013 Season (Freshman): Competed in two meets...Ran a career-best 28:30.6 at the season-opening Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (September 28).

High School (Milwaukee Lutheran): North Shore Conference and U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete...Lettered four times in track & field...Also lettered twice in cross country, basketball and volleyball...Won team's MVP in cross country in 2011.
