2017 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the mile, 3,000, and 5,000-meter runs...Posted personal-best times of 5:39.31 (mile), 11:15.23 (3,000), and 19:12.89 (5,000)...Finished third in the 5,000 at the Grinnell College Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs...Ran a PR time of 19:10.13 in the 5,000 at the North Central Dr. Keeler Invite (May 11)...Placed third in the 10,000 and fifth in the 5,000 at the NACC Championships (May 5-6)...Ran a PR time of 39:32.66 in the 10,000 at the Augustana Women's Invite (April 21).

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs, as well as the 3,000-meter steeplechase...INDOOR: Ran a PR time of 6:09.95 in the mile at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...Posted a PR in the 3,000 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28), running the race in 12:07.19...OUTDOOR: Ran to an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), running a PR time of 13:22.46...Placed fifth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 25)...Posted a PR time of 21:08.82 in the 5,000 at the Rhodes Invitational (Mar. 20-21).

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, mile and 3,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Competed in two events...Ran a personal-best time in the 3,000-meter run (12:20.38) at the Private College Invitational (Jan. 17-18)...Also ran top time in the mile at the Private College Invitational, clocking in at 6:20.38...OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets...Took part in only 800-meter run of the season at the Augustana College Invite (Apr. 17), running a time of 3:05.67...Finished season with a personal-best time (5:55.72) in the 1,500-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).

High School (Milwaukee Lutheran): North Shore Conference and U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete...Lettered four times in track & field...Also lettered twice in cross country, basketball, and volleyball...Won team's MVP in cross country in 2011.
