Women's Tennis drops matches to Colorado College, No. 25 Hope

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Concordia University Wisconsin lost a pair of 9-0 decisions during the first day of its spring trip to Colorado College and No. 25 Hope College.

The Falcons were unable to win a match in either doubles or singles against the difficult opposition. The doubles pairing of senior Emily McCormick (Waukesha, Wis.) and freshman Sabine Jacobsen (Palatine, Ill.) earned the most points during a doubles match during an 8-4 loss at No. 1 doubles against Colorado College.

In addition, sophomore Michaela Wagner (Oswego, Ill.) recorded the most points by a Falcon during her 6-1, 6-2 loss at No. 6 singles to Colorado College.

CUW returns to the court on Tuesday against Bethel University.
