2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the mile and 3,000-meter run...Ran a PR tie of 9:17.81 in the 3,000 at the UW-Stout Open (January 23), which also won the event...Was seventh in the 3,000 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27)...Posted a time of 4:42.91 in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20)...OUTDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the 1,500 and 3,000-meter runs, as well as the 5,000...Was on the school-record setting 4x800-meter relay team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 23), helping team run race in 8:10.43...Was also on school-record DMR relay team, which ran an 11:08.25 at the Benedictine Relays (April 16)...Was fifth in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7), clocking in at 4:07.28...Posted a PR of 4:05.95 in the 1,500 at the Augustana meet...Ran a PR time of 16:18.42 in the 5,000 at the NACC Championships.

2015 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 1,500, mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs, as well as the 4X800-meter relay...INDOOR: Ran a PR in the mile at the UW-Platteville Invitational, completing the race in 4:41.49...Posted a PR time of 9:18.10 in the 3,000-meter run at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28), finishing ninth in the race...Placed seventh in the 3,000 at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 6-7)...Posted an eighth-place finish in the 3,000 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20)...OUTDOOR: Finished fourth in the 1,500 meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), running the race in a time of 4:10.46...Posted a PR in the 5,000-meter run at the Benedictine Invitational (Apr. 11), posting a time of 16:24.97...Placed sixth in the 1,500 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 25).
