Today's Scouting Report- Controlling Borsellino

RIVER FOREST, Ill.- Benedictine comes into today's matchup with a 2-1 record after an exciting 32-28 win over Albion.  The Eagles have built a reputation for pounding the ball down the throats of opponents behind All American John Borsellino in recent seasons.  In 2011, for example, he toted the pigskin for 1426 yards and scored 17 rushing TDs while averaging 5.5 yards per carry.

Stacking their defense against the BU run last week, Albion, now 2-1, held Borsellino to seven yards on as many carries, but the senior superstar hauled in nine passes for 155 yards and ran back a punt 77 yards for the winning score.

One week earlier, Borsellino rushed for 130 yards on 22 carries in a 30-22 win over North Park. "They find ways to get him the ball because he is an All American.  We need to limit his opportunities by controlling possession," says CUW mentor Greg Etter.
