Bio

Coach Senn is in his third season as Associate Head Coach of the Concordia University Wisconsin Track and Field/Cross-Country programs heading into the 2024-2025 academic year. Coach Senn has spent the past two years with the Falcons developing and coaching the sprints and multi-event athletes within the program.
 
On the cross country side, Senn has helped the women's program claim two straight NACC titles, and, in 2024, was a part of the coaching staff that won the Coaching Staff of the Year award.
Coach Senn graduated from the University of Dubuque 2018 class, receiving his bachelor's degree in secondary education and coaching.  While a member of the University of Dubuque Track and Field program, Senn competed in the pole vault while serving as a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. During Senn's time with the Spartans, the men's program earned 2x IIAC Indoor Conference Championships.
Following his time as a student-athlete, Senn began his career at Beaver Dam High School. At Beaver Dam High School, Senn was the Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach. During Senn's career with the Golden Beavers, the Track and Field/Cross Country programs claimed nine state qualifiers and a Women's Cross Country Sectional Championship.
 
Since Coach Senn's arrival to the Concordia University of Wisconsin Track and Field/Cross-Country programs in 2022,  athletes have achieved:
- Women's Cross-Country NACC Champions during the 2023 Season
- 6x school records within the sprints and multi-events
- 30x Top 10 performances within the sprints and multi-events
- 8x USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honors
- 2x USTFCCCA  All-Academic Individual Honors
- 10x CSC Academic All-District Individual Honors
