Coach Slater finished his first season with Concordia University in 2023. In his first season at the helm, the Falcons captured their second National Championship in Rainbow Six Siege after defeating Murray State. 

Jack’s experience in Esports began in his early-teen years as he earned himself a roster spot in the professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene. In his 6-year professional CSGO career, he served as the in-game leader for the final 3 years, which taught him to think incredibly tactically about the game. His favorite part of competing was the time spent in practice, strategizing new ways to give his team the upper hand. As the CSGO scene began to fade, he switched his talents over to Valorant upon release, where he quickly earned the Immortal rank. His tactical approach and aim skills transferred perfectly over to the new and exploding title.

He was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, where he graduated High School. He is married and has 4 children.
