Triathlon competes at MSOE Splash N’ Dash
GLENDALE, Wis. – The CUW triathlon team competed at the MSOE Splash N' Dash on Saturday at Nicolet High School. The race consisted of an 825-yard swim and a five-kilometer run.
Sophomore Aimee Uebersetzig (El Cajon, Calif.) led the flock with a fourth-place finish at 35:56. She had the fastest-CUW swim time at 11:15 and run time at 24:06.
Senior Meghan Klement (Muskego, Wis.) was in ninth place at 41:44.
Junior Frances Jensen (Muskego, Wis.) finished in 16th place at 46:27.
In 17th place was junior Michella Robles (Kenosha, Wis.) at 50:13.
Freshman Janneke Bannink (Shorewood, Wis.) completed the swim at 11:50.
Junior Kayla Mankel (Kenosha, Wis.) finished the swim with a time of 18:08.
The Falcons will compete on Sunday, Oct. 6 at Illinois Tri the Illini.
