2016 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...Ran the mile in a PR time of 5:49.89 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20)...Posted a PR of 11:56.79 in the 3,000 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (February 13)...Placed third in the mile at the UW-Stout Open (January) and in the 5,000 at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29)...OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets...Competed in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs...Ran the 5,000 in a PR time of 19:49.48 at the Private College Championships (April 9)...Posted a PR of 41:37.41 in the 10,000 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22)...Finished sixth in the 10,000 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7).

2014 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, mile and 3,000-meter runs...INDOOR: Competed at two events...Ran a personal-best time in the 3,000-meter run (12:20.38) at the Private College Invitational (Jan. 17-18)...Also ran top time in the mile at the Private College Invitational, clocking in at 6:20.38...OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets...Took part in only 800-meter run of season at the Augustana College Invite (Apr. 17), running a time of 3:05.67...Finished season with a personal-best time (5:55.72) in the 1,500-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).
