Three wrestlers earn CCIW Academic All-Conference honors

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Concordia Wisconsin had three wrestlers earn College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Academic All-Conference honors, the league announced.

Senior Ramiro Vasquez (Yuma, Ariz.), sophomore Reid McNeill (Bristol, Wis.) and sophomore Marco Padilla (Elmwood Park, Ill.) each had at least a 3.30 grade point average for the fall semester of the 2019-20 academic year and lettered for the wrestling program.

Vasquez is a radiology technician major, while NcNeill and Padilla are studying business marketing. 

In the three years the Falcons have been competing in the CCIW, they have had six different wrestlers earn CCIW Academic All-Conference honors. It is the third time for Vasquez and second for McNeill.
