Women’s Golf wraps up play at Carthage

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW women's golf team wrapped up action at the Carthage Spring Invitational on Saturday. The Falcons finished in 10^th place with 848 strokes. Illinois Wesleyan finished in first place at 660 strokes. The Blue and White improved 32 strokes on Saturday.

Senior Amy Carpenter (Elk Grove Village, Ill.) lowered her score by 11 strokes on Saturday. She finished in 38^th place at 187 strokes.

In 47^th place was freshman Rebecca Curley (Winthrop Harbor, Ill.) at 204 strokes. She lowered her score by four strokes.

Junior Payton Dorn (Freedom, Wis.) finished in 51^st place at 216 strokes. She shot a round of 103 on Saturday.

Freshman Kayla Samann (Campbellsport, Wis.) secured a 57^th place finish at 241 strokes on the weekend.
