Shooting Sports Season Recap

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW shooting sports team finished a successful 2022-23 season which saw a number of top spots as a unit.

The Falcons finished in first place in five events at the Valentine's Virtual Match including Rimfire Pistol Optic, Centerfire Pistol Optic, Centerfire Pistol, Rimfire Rifle Optic, and PCC.  On top of that, they had nine top-10 finishers at the Virtual Match.

The Blue and White also took home the Scholastic Action College Nationals crown with a first-place finish.  Senior Hank Bell (Saukville, Wis.) placed second as an individual.

As a team, the Falcons finished the year with a second-place finish in trap shooting and third-place in skeet shooting in their Trap and Skeet Virtual League.

The Blue and White look forward to another competitive season in 2023-24.
