2024: Indoor Season: Competed in two meets … Had a personal best in the weight throw with a distance of 12.71 meters at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational … Had a season-best in the shot put at Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational with a throw of 12.15 meters

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets… His indoor season had two career bests… One career best was the shot put which was 13.20 meters at Red Hawk Invite… The other career best was the weight throw which was 12.25 meters at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets… Claimed the 2022-23 Academic All-District… Competed in all the throwing events for outdoors with two personal bests… Had a throw for javelin of 50.83 meters which placed him first at the NACC Outdoor Championships… Personal best in the hammer throw with 37.13 meters during the St. Norbert Invitational.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Threw his career-best with a 12.67m in Shot Put at the Karl Schlender Invitational.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets…Had a career-best in Discus with a throw of 38.54m at the St. Norbert Quad and in Hammer Throw with a throw of 31.26m at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2021: Indoor Season: Competed in three meets on the year … Threw a season-best 11.13m in the weight throw placing 10^th at the ONU Tiger Invite (Feb. 6).

Outdoor Season: Competed in eight meets on the year … Threw a season-best 31.00m in the hammer throw at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (March 27) … Threw a season-best 35.79m in the discus throw at the Warrior Invitational (April 17) placing sixth … Threw a season-best 12.01m in the shotput placing seventh and 49.69m in the javelin throw placing first at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8). 

2020: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets … Posted a career-best mark of 11.55 meters in the shot put at UW-Whitewater on Jan. 25 … Had a career-best mark of 10.57 meters in the weight throw at UW-Whitewater on Jan. 25.

Outdoor Season: The 2020 outdoor season was shortened due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

High School (Lutheran South): Graduated with Honors of Highest Distinction and Top-15 of his class...Won the Lutheran South Senior Leadership Award...Helped the football team finish third in state...Helped the track & field team make the state meet...Won the Regional and Sectional Championship in the javelin...Threw the shot put 42 feet 8 inches and the discuss 125 feet 10 inches and the javelin 147 feet and 1 inch...Earned varsity letters in football, wrestling and track & field.

Personal: Son of Bart and Julie...Has four brothers; Isobo, Jonah, Caleb and Jotham...Has one sister, Lydia.
