2015 Season (Junior): Earned Third Straight All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference honors after placing eighth at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31), running the race in a time of 23:45.2...Posted a personal-best time of 22:43.5 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (Nov. 14), helping the Falcons to a program-best 10th place finish at the event...Won the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10) after posting a time of 23:55...Named the CUW Chancery Student-Athlete of the Week (Oct. 13)...Finished fourth at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12), running a 23:58.3...Ran a time of 23:14.3 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Posted a 12:18 two-mile in a season-opening dual against MSOE (Sept. 3), finishing third...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 26).

2014 Season (Sophomore): First Team All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference...Placed eighth at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1) after posting a 23:32.1...Finished season with a personal-best time of 23:14.4 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Ran near identical times of 23:41.1 and 23:41.87 at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13) and UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18)...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 25:45.6) and Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10, 23:49.6)...Opened season by running a 12:39.7 two-mile at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual (Aug. 30).

2013 Season (Freshman): Named to All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Team...Competed in all six meets...Finished 15th at the NACC Championships (November 2) after running a 24:49.4...Finished season with a personal-best time of 24:27.8 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 16)...Had team's top time in first two meets of season...Began year with a 24:29 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Ran a 24:49.4 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (October 19)...Was under 25 minutes in five of six meets.
