2015 Season (Sophomore): Did not compete at any meets.

2014 Season (Freshman): Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Freshman of the Year...First Team All-NACC...Placed seventh at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1) after running a 23:16.6...Was the team's top finisher in each of the seven meets of the season...Ended year with a personal-best time of 23:05.70 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Ran five of six 6Ks in under 24 minutes...Posted a 23:18.0 at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (Oct. 10), good for a 12th-place finish...First collegiate race was a two-mile at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual (Aug. 30), winning that race in a time of 12:26.1...Also competed at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13, 23:33), the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 25:29) and the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invite (Oct. 18, 23:38).

High School (Mora): Lettered four years in cross country...Holds school records in the 4K, 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter runs...Four-time All-Conference selection...Participated at state meet two times...All-State selection two times...Academic Gold Standard four years...Also lettered in Nordic Skiing and Track & Field...All-Conference in Nordic Skiing two years...All-Conference in track four years...All-Conference Academic selection.

Personal: Daughter of Gregg and Lynette...Has one older brother, Andrew, who also competed in cross country and track & field at CUW.
