Coach Samantha Stark graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and in 2011 with her master's degree in the MSRS program. She participated in Track & Field 4 years for CUW earning Northern Athletic Conference Championship Field Athlete of the Meet (2009 indoor & Outdoor; 2008 outdoor; NAC Championship Women's Overall Athlete of the Year 2007 Indoor) set five school records in throws, relays, and multi-events, and earned the CUW Female Athlete of the Year award in 2009. Coach Stark began her coaching career in 2010 as a part-time throws coach, transitioned to sprints, high jump, javelin and multi-event athletes through 2013. Coach Stark currently specializes in sprints, relays and multi-events.

In 2016, Stark coached sprinter Ariel Kinlow to several school records during the indoor season (55, 60 and 200-meter dashes). In addition, she helped guide Kinlow to the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 60-meter dash.

The Falcons have continued to be near the top of the NACC during Stark's tenure as the lead assistant with the program. In addition, CUW has seen several more athletes contend for spots in the national meet, while school records continue to fall under her direction.

Since joining the Falcons as an assistant coach, CUW has continued its run as one of the top teams in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. Stark does extensive work with the relay teams, who have set several school records over the past few seasons.

In just the past two seasons, the Falcons have set the 4X400-meter relay record on the women's side in both the indoor and outdoor season under Stark's guidance. The Falcons also have the 4X100-meter relay women's outdoor record for the 2016 season.

Stark has also worked with the sprinters and multi-events, as well as helping out in all areas. The sprinters have played a key role for the Falcons over the past few years, helping accumulate several points at NACC Championship meets. The Falcons Men's and Women's teams have found themselves in the top half of the NACC Championships year in and year out.
