Career Summary

2018 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in the 800, mile, and 4X400-meter relay…Was fifth in the mile and eighth in the 800 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25)…Was on the winning 4X400-meter relay team at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 17)…OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs, as well as the 4X400-meter relay…Placed seventh in both the 800 and 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5)…Ran season-best times of 2:30.89 in the 800 and 4:15.70 in the 1,500.  

2017 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed in the 800-meter run and the mile...Ran a season-best time of 2:25.10 (800) and 5:25.41 (mile)...Was third in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 27) and the 800 at the Grinnell College Invite (February 4)...OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs...Finished fifth in both events at the NACC Championships with season-best times of 2:25.8 and 5:00.99, respectively...Placed third in the 800 at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29).

2016 Season (Freshman): INDOOR: Competed in six meets...Competed in the 800-meter run and the mile...Placed second in the 800 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27), posting a time of 2:25.82....Ran a PR time of 2:23.42 in the 800 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20)...Finished seventh in the mile at the NACC Championships, running a PR of 5:28.00...Won the mile at the UW-Stout Open (January 23)...Was on the winning 4x400 team at the UW-Stout meet as well, while also being on the winning DMR team at the Private College Invite (January 15-16)...OUTDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs...Was on the school-record setting 4x800 relay team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22), helping team run race in 9:55.21...Posted a PR time of 4:57.23 in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7), finishing sixth in the race...Was seventh in the 800 at the NACC Championships...Placed sixth in the 1,500 at the St. Norbert Invite (April 30).
