Career Summary

2018 Season (Senior): INDOOR: Competed in the 600, 800, and mile runs, along with the 4X400-meter relay…Recorded three top-three finishes at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25), placing second in the 800, third in the mile, as well as being on the third-place 4X400-meter relay team…Won the 600-meter run at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 26-27) with a school-record time of 1:42.69…Holds indoor school records in the 600 and 800-meter runs, as well as being sixth in the 400, second in the mile, and ninth in the 3,000…Also was on two school-record setting relay teams during indoor career (4X400 and DMR) OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800, 1,500, and 5,000-meter runs, along with the 4X400-meter relay…Was on the school-record setting 4X400-meter relay team (4:07.45) at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5)…Won the 800 at the NACC Championships and placed second in the 1,500…Ends career as school record holder in the 800 and 1,500, while ranking fourth all-time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.       

2017 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in the 800, mile, and 3,000-meter runs...Won two events at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 25), taking first in the 800 and the mile...Was a member of the school-record setting 4X400-meter relay, helping the team run a 4:11.98...Ran a personal-best time of 11:18.18 in the 3,000...Ran season-best times of 2:20.75 (800) and 5:19.52 (mile)...OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honoree in the 1,500-meter run...Set school records in both the 800 (2:14.19) and the 1,500 (4:35.32)...Won both the 800 and 1,500-meter runs at the NACC Championships (May 5-6)...Won the 800-meter run at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29)...Won the 1,500-meter run with her top performance of 4:35.32 at the Augustana Women's Invite (April 21)...Added a win in the 1,500-meter run at the Wartburg Outdoor Select (April 1).

2016 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed in six meets...Competed in the 800, mile and 3,000-meter run...Set the NACC Indoor record in the 800 with a time of 2:19.76 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 20)...Won the 800 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 27), posting a 2:24.88...Placed second in the mile at the NACC Championships and was on the third-place 4x400 team...Was on the school-record DMR team at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (January 29), helping team run race in 12:34.67...Won the 800 at the UW-Stout Open...Was second in the mile at the UW-Platteville Invitational (February 13), running a PR time of 5:14.50...OUTDOOR: Competed at six meets...Competed in the 800, 1,500 and 3,000-meter steeplechase...Was on the school-record relay teams in both the 4x400 and the 4x800...The 4x400 team ran a 4:07.90 at the NACC Championships (May 6-7)...The 4x800 team posted a time of 9:55.21 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 22)...Ran a PR time of 2:17.49 in the 800 at the Augustana meet...Posted a PR of 4:54.09 in the 1,500 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7), finishing in fourth place...Ran the 3,000 steeplechase in 12:10.87 at the Wake Forest Open (March 18-19).

2015 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Posted a PR time of 1:03.76 in the 400 at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30), finishing in seventh-place...Finished second in the 800 at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28), running a 2:27.42...Posted a PR time of 2:24.68 in the 800 at the UW-Milwaukee TuneUp (Feb. 20), finishing fifth...Was in the second place 4X400-meter relay team at the NACC Championships...OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 800 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), running an outdoor season-best time of 2:25.88...Posted a 1:04 in the 400 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 17)...Finished fifth if the 800 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Apr. 25).
